TOKYO- Illustrating the adaptable nature of its Blueview digital passenger services platform, Bluebox has disclosed its collaboration with AirJapan (NQ), the novel airline brand under ANA HOLDINGS.
This partnership involves implementing the platform’s onboard retail and in-flight entertainment (IFE) components across AirJapan’s widebody aircraft fleet.
Set to commence flight operations in February 2024 and gradually expand its network. AirJapan is targeting medium-haul routes within the Asian region.
AirJapan Bluebox Partnership
Through the Blueview onboard retail solution, travelers will be empowered to utilize their personal devices for placing orders from AirJapan’s food and beverage menu as well as its retail inventory.
Facilitated by the Bluebox Wow portable wireless system, Blueview will simultaneously deliver an immersive IFE experience, enabling passengers to stream content on their individual devices.
The assortment of IFE content will be meticulously tailored to match the specific markets served by AirJapan.
