Air India’s recently appointed CMD Campbell Wilson has requested the airline’s built-in operations management center (IOCC), which is the “nerve center” of any service, to report to him and provide suggestions on the way to enhance the on-time efficiency.
Air India’s on-time efficiency (OTP) is just not on top of things and it’s not world-class, Wilson mentioned in an inside communique to employees on July 28.
