The SpiceJet airline is soon to add 60 new domestic flights to its summer schedule, including seven UDAN flights, eight industry-first flights, new connections, and other frequencies.
On March 14, SpiceJet declared that it will launch 60 new domestic flights to its fleet this summer. The summer schedule begins on March 27 and ends on October 29.
All these flights will be operational daily.
In line with its dedication to enhancing connectivity to the remotest corners of the country, SpiceJet told it has launched seven new flights under UDAN on Hyderabad-Puducherry-Hyderabad, Gorakhpur-Kanpur-Gorakhpur, Gorakhpur-Varanasi-Gorakhpur and Varanasi-Patna sectors.
- The airline has also launched eight industry-first flights which will work on the Gorakhpur-Kanpur, Gorakhpur-Varanasi, Jaipur– Dharamshala and Tirupati–Shirdi sectors.
It has also enhanced frequencies on multiple sectors to connect Delhi with Dharamshala, Rajkot, Gorakhpur, Patna & Srinagar; Goa with Hyderabad and Mumbai with Bagdogra.

Indian carriers have increased their domestic services
Indian carriers have increased their domestic services by 10.1 percent to 25,309 weekly flights in the upcoming summer schedule as reached to 22,980 last season, aviation regulator DGCA had told last Friday.
The airline will be deploying its Boeing 737 and Q400 aircraft on these routes. Bookings are now open on www.spicejet.com, SpiceJet’s mobile app, and through online travel portals and travel agents.
