After being disappointed in a meeting with the managers, Air India Engineering Service Limited technician‘s are planning a strike starting March 15.
On the evening of March 7, 2022, there was a long discussion between the aviation technician and the aiesl supervisors, during which the technician's request was ignored.
Only the company’s assurance and financial position were discussed, and to carry on the strike, let us remind you that it was originally scheduled to go on strike on January 17, but it was pushed forward owing to the Labour Commissioner’s mediation.
The talks with the Labour Commissioner were halted on February 2, 2022, and there was also confusion over the demand, which only added to the sadness.
The managers held a meeting a month later, on March 7, with a lot of work and pressure.
Finally, the Aircraft Technicians are planning an indefinite strike beginning March 15th and a decisive struggle. – Air India
