US Visa H-1B

Kishore Dattapuram, a 55-year-old Indian-origin businessman, has been sentenced to 14 months in prison for a H-1B visa fraud in the US.

The US Embassy cancelled about 2,000 bot-generated visas to stop US Visa Frauds of agents charging Rs 35,000 for timely interview slots.

USCIS has taken several steps to enhance the H-1B (New US Visa Rules) registration process and reduce the possibility of fraud.
