Turkish Airlines Istanbul to Melbourne

Melbourne (MEL) is set to join one of the largest airline networks globally as Turkish Airlines (TK) commences flights from Istanbul (IST) in March.

The Australian Government has thrown a wrench into Turkish Airlines’ plans to initiate flights to Melbourne in December. The airline has revealed that it has yet to receive any response to its application submitted to both the federal Transport Minister and the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.
