Alaska’s internal award pricing system fails to correctly recognize its own London operations when a European feeder flight is involved.

Emirates (EK) flight EK543 from Chennai (MAA) to Dubai (DXB) made an emergency landing at Chennai on May 11 due to a technical glitch.

SpiceJet, which was already under fire from regulators for a spate of flaws, discovered another technical fault, purportedly on a flight to Dubai.
