New Transportation Hub

Southwest Airlines (WN) ended its 5-year operation at O’Hare in June 2026 and consolidated its Chicago services at Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW).

In collaboration with New York-based Halmar International, construction company Skanska has entered into a joint venture (JV) deal to develop a new ground transportation connection hub at New York’s JFK International Airport.
