Flight Hijacked
A 31-year-old Mexican passenger traveling with his family dramatically attempted to divert a domestic flight operated by Volaris (Y4) from El Bajio to Tijuana to the US on Sunday, claiming his life was in imminent danger.
The hijackers, purporting to be members of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), demanded the release of Asif Ali Zardari, the husband of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
