Flight Attendant Strike

United Airlines (UA) flight attendants and their advocates staged a protest outside Chicago O’Hare Airport (ORD) on Thursday (April 11, 2024), calling for improved wages and working conditions as part of a global day of action.

Flight attendants affiliated with the Transport Workers Union of America (TWU), the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA), and the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA) engaged in protests at over 30 airports, including several major U.S. airports and London Heathrow.
