On Tuesday, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh on Air India for non-compliance with civil aviation requirements (CAR).

Indian DGCA has issued a show cause notice to Air India CEO Campbell Wilson for the airline’s lapses in reporting the incident.
