Air India Vistara Merger Approval

Tata Group will benefit from the Air India (AI) and Vistara (UK) merger that will begin with Vistara’s last flight today (November 11, 2024).

Vistara Airlines (UK) is merging with Air India (AI) as it gets clearance from the cabinet to allow foreign direct investment (FDI) of Singapore Airlines (SQ) in the Tata-owned Air India Group.

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the merger of Air India (AI) and Vistara (UK) marking the final step in the process.
