DUBAI— Emirates (EK) will introduce a second daily Airbus A350 service between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) from 1 November 2026, operating flights EK364/365. The expansion will increase the airline’s A350 presence in Vietnam.
From 1 December 2026, Emirates will also deploy the A350 on both daily services between Dubai and Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi (HAN), bringing Premium Economy to the Vietnamese capital. All four daily Emirates flights connecting Dubai with Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will use the A350 from that date.

Emirates Expands A350 Operations Across Vietnam
Emirates is upgrading its services to Vietnam by introducing its latest aircraft on all daily flights connecting Dubai with the country’s two largest aviation gateways.
The changes will give passengers a more consistent onboard experience across both routes, including access to Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class.
The expansion follows the airline’s launch of services to Da Nang in 2025, which extended its Vietnamese network to three destinations. Emirates aims to strengthen its offering for passengers travelling between Vietnam and Dubai, as well as those connecting to other destinations across its international network.

Second Daily A350 Flight to Ho Chi Minh City
From 1 November 2026, Emirates will operate its second daily A350 service between Dubai and Ho Chi Minh City on flights EK364 and EK365. The change will expand A350 operations on the route ahead of the aircraft’s planned introduction on the Hanoi services in December.
Ho Chi Minh City is an important gateway for passengers travelling between Vietnam, the Middle East and other international destinations served by Emirates. The additional A350 operation will also make the airline’s latest cabin products available on another daily service between the two cities.

A350 Operations Begin on Both Hanoi Flights
From 1 December 2026, Emirates will deploy its Airbus A350 on both daily Dubai-Hanoi services, flights EK394/395 and EK388/389. This will mark the aircraft’s introduction on the route and bring the airline’s Premium Economy cabin to Hanoi.
Once the change takes effect, all four daily flights connecting Dubai with Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will operate with the A350. Passengers on both routes will have access to the same three-cabin configuration, although specific onboard products and services may vary by flight.
Wahid Albalooshi, Country Manager of Emirates Vietnam, said: “Vietnam continues to be an important market for Emirates, and these enhancements build on the airline’s ongoing investments here.”
He added that the airline’s expanded A350 operations would provide a more consistent travel experience for passengers flying from Vietnam to Dubai and onward to destinations served by the aircraft.

Emirates Airbus A350 Cabin and Passenger Experience
The Airbus A350 is the newest aircraft type in Emirates’ all-widebody fleet. According to the airline, its A350 configuration accommodates 298 passengers across three cabins: Business Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class.
The aircraft features bright interiors, lighter finishes and modern onboard technology. Emirates has designed the cabins to provide passengers with additional comfort and a consistent experience across the three travel classes.
Premium Economy Offers More Comfort
The introduction of the A350 to Hanoi will bring Emirates’ Premium Economy cabin to the Vietnamese capital for the first time. The cabin offers leather reclining seats with adjustable headrests, generous seat pitch and additional legroom.
Passengers also receive in-seat charging points, a wood-finished side cocktail table and a 13.3-inch entertainment screen. Other amenities include a large pillow and blanket, complimentary amenity kits on selected flights, and Chandon Vintage Brut 2017 sparkling wine, which Emirates identifies as an exclusive offering.
The cabin is designed for passengers seeking additional comfort beyond Economy Class without booking Business Class. Its availability on both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City services will extend the product across Emirates’ daily Vietnam network.

Business Class Features Lie-Flat Seats
The Emirates A350 Business Class cabin uses a 1-2-1 seating layout, giving every passenger direct access to the aisle. The configuration provides greater privacy and flexibility for passengers who want to work or relax during the journey.
Each seat converts into a fully lie-flat bed and features cream leather upholstery, a personal minibar and wireless charging. A dedicated snack display at the rear of the cabin also allows passengers to help themselves to refreshments during the flight.
Economy Class Includes 4K Entertainment Screens
Emirates’ A350 Economy Class cabin features a colour palette of sky blue, bronze and cream, complemented by lighter-toned wood finishes. The interior design creates a bright environment throughout the cabin.
Each seat includes the airline’s upgraded ice inflight entertainment system on a 13.3-inch adjustable 4K touchscreen. Generous seat pitch and leather headrests provide additional support and comfort during the flight.
The entertainment system offers passengers access to a broad selection of onboard content, supporting the airline’s focus on improving the overall passenger experience across all three cabins.

How to Book Emirates A350 Flights to Vietnam
Passengers can book Emirates flights through the airline’s official website, the Emirates mobile app and online or offline travel agents. Travellers should check the aircraft type and cabin availability for their specific departure date because operating schedules and aircraft assignments can change.
The expansion will give passengers travelling between Dubai and Vietnam access to Emirates’ newest aircraft across all four daily flights to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from 1 December 2026.
UAE Visa-on-Arrival Guidance for Vietnamese Travellers
