DUBAI- Emirates Skywards, the frequent flyer programme of Emirates (EK), has launched a UK-exclusive Boxing Day promotion offering 100% bonus Skywards Miles on eligible flights booked this week.
The limited-time offer applies to travel from major UK airports, including London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and Manchester Airport (MAN), covering all fare types, all cabin classes, and the airline’s global network when specific booking and registration conditions are met.
Emirates Skywards Double Miles
The Emirates Skywards UK Boxing Day Double Miles Offer allows members to earn double the Skywards Miles normally accrued on eligible Emirates flights.
The bonus applies to both one-way and return journeys booked and ticketed during the promotional window for travel in early 2026.
This promotion is open only to Emirates Skywards members who register for the offer and complete ticket issuance within the stated timeframe.
Booking alone does not qualify. All deadlines are based on Dubai time (GST), not local UK time.
Eligible journeys must originate from one of the following UK airports:
- Birmingham Airport (BHX)
- Edinburgh Airport (EDI)
- Glasgow Airport (GLA)
- London Gatwick Airport (LGW)
- London Heathrow Airport (LHR)
- London Stansted Airport (STN)
- Manchester Airport (MAN)
- Newcastle Airport (NCL).
Flights may end at any destination served by the Emirates and flydubai network, provided all eligibility conditions are met.
Booking, Travel, and Registration Requirements
To qualify for the double Miles offer, members must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be an existing Emirates Skywards member or enroll by 31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM GST
- Register for the promotion by 31 December 2025 at 11:59 PM GST
- Book and complete ticket issuance between 26 December 2025 (00:01 AM) and 31 December 2025 (11:59 PM GST)
- Travel between 1 January 2026 (00:01 AM) and 31 March 2026 (11:59 PM GST)
Registration can be completed via emirates.com, the Emirates App, Emirates Retail outlets, or Emirates Contact Centres.
Skysurfers may only register with Parent or Guardian consent through Emirates Retail or Contact Centres.
Eligible Tickets, Fares, and Flights
An eligible ticket must:
- Carry ticket prefix 176
- Be issued on the Emirates ticket stock
- Be purchased via the Emirates official website, the Emirates App, Emirates Retail, Emirates Contact Centres, or authorised travel agents
Eligible fares include Special, Saver, Flex, and Flex Plus across Economy Class, Premium Economy, Business Class, and First Class, provided they qualify for normal Skywards Miles accrual under programme rules.
Eligible flights must be Emirates-marketed flights with an EK designator, operated by Emirates or flydubai. All other codeshare and interline flights are explicitly excluded from this offer.
Bonus Miles Calculation and Exclusions
The promotional bonus provides 100% additional Skywards Miles, calculated solely on the base Miles earned for the eligible flight. Any other bonuses are excluded from the calculation.
The bonus applies only to the original ticketed cabin class. Reward upgrades, complimentary upgrades, or ticket changes after issuance do not qualify for additional bonus Miles.
If a member is eligible for multiple promotions, only the highest applicable bonus will be credited.
Bonus Skywards Miles will be credited after the eligible journey is completed. Members will be notified through their Skywards membership statements, accessible via the Emirates App or by logging in to the Emirates official website.
