DUBAI- Emirates (EK) will serve Thanksgiving themed meals, drinks, and entertainment on flights between Dubai (DXB) and major US cities, including Boston (BOS), New York (JFK), Los Angeles (LAX), and San Francisco (SFO). The seasonal program runs from November 24 to 30 across all cabins.
Thanksgiving dishes will also be available throughout Emirates Lounges in Dubai (DXB) and in the airline’s US lounges in Boston (BOS), New York (JFK), Los Angeles (LAX), and San Francisco (SFO), offering travelers a consistent holiday experience on the ground and in the air.

Emirates Thanksgiving Offerings
Emirates is bringing a full Thanksgiving service to its network with cabin-specific menus, signature desserts, and upgraded lounge selections. The airline’s goal is to deliver a consistent holiday atmosphere from pre-boarding to arrival while keeping the culinary experience aligned with the traditions of the season.
Thanksgiving Breakfast Service
Flights will offer a breakfast built around spices and seasonal fruit. First, Business and Premium Economy customers will receive cinnamon pancakes with apple and cranberry compote and whipped ricotta pumpkin cream. Business Class will add warm blueberry muffins and cinnamon rolls as part of the morning service.
First Class Holiday Dining
First Class travelers will see an expanded holiday menu on USA routes. Starters include celeriac and pear soup, sweet potato soup with poached lobster, smoked salmon with horseradish and pea shoots, or a seafood platter with prawn, crab cocktail, and salmon gravadlax.
The main service features traditional turkey dishes such as turkey leg roulade with butternut, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, pecans, and cranberry jus.
Another option brings lemon and zaatar roasted turkey with celeriac apple puree, pumpkin, beetroot, kale with cranberries, and cornbread stuffing.
Desserts range from warm apple fritters to key lime tart, hot toffee apple and pecan cake, chocolate marble cheesecake, and seasonal sauces and curds.

Business Class Holiday Menu
Business Class travelers will receive sweet potato soup, celeriac and pear soup, salmon gravadlax with ginger and candied orange, carrot coulis, blackberries, and Beluga caviar. Turkey roulade or lemon and buttermilk roasted turkey anchor the Thanksgiving main course selection.
Desserts include key lime tart or cheesecake with strawberry basil confit. On A380 flights to Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Washington DC, the onboard lounge will offer pecan cupcakes served with premium beverages.
Premium Economy Thanksgiving Dishes
Premium Economy customers will see dishes built around vegetables and seasonal produce, including artichoke antipasti salad with butternut squash, broad beans, and dried cranberries, or shrimp cocktail with fennel salad.
Turkey roulade or buttermilk herb roasted turkey will be served with cranberry jus, mashed sweet potato, broccolini, paprika wedges, and honey-glazed pumpkin. Dessert options include a key lime tart with Chantilly cream or a berry cheesecake.
Economy Class Holiday Options
Economy Class travelers coming from the United States will receive a welcome drink with orange, pomegranate, apple, and cinnamon. Starters include quinoa salad with kale and butternut or a Waldorf salad.
The main course features roasted chicken with cranberry jus, chestnut roulade with turkey bacon, maple-baked parsnips, carrot mash, peas, and potato wedges. Dessert will be salted caramel milk cake or sticky toffee pudding, plus a warm Snickerdoodle cookie.

Thanksgiving Menus in Emirates Lounges
From November 23 to 30, Emirates Lounges in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco will serve roasted mushroom bisque, cider-brined turkey breast with gravy, cranberry compote, brioche stuffing, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts and pumpkin spiced desserts.
The Dubai lounges will offer roasted turkey breast with cranberry sauce, roasted potatoes, glazed chestnuts, root vegetables and a selection of Thanksgiving-themed desserts. Seasonal cocktails and mocktails will accompany the menu.
Holiday Entertainment on board
The airline’s entertainment platform ice will feature live NBA coverage on Sport24 and Sport24 Extra, showing the Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics, Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors over the Thanksgiving period.
Travelers can also choose from more than 6,500 channels including movies, TV series, music and audiobooks in over 40 languages.
