Frontier Three New Flights to PAE
Frontier Airlines (F9) has introduced three new nonstop flights from Seattle Paine Field International Airport (PAE) to Denver International Airport (DEN), Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas (LAS), and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
The low-cost carrier’s entry into PAE reflects growing demand for alternative travel options outside the busy SEA hub.
Denver, Las Vegas, and Phoenix are among Frontier’s most frequented cities, offering seamless connections to dozens of onward destinations.
By choosing PAE, Frontier is tapping into a less congested, customer-focused airport experience. According to the airline, this expansion reflects its strategy to serve high-value travelers seeking low fares and convenience.
Route | Launch Date | Frequency | Introductory Fare |
---|---|---|---|
Denver (DEN) | June 2, 2025 | 2x/week | $69* |
Las Vegas (LAS) | June 2, 2025 | 2x/week | $69* |
Phoenix (PHX) | June 2, 2025 | 2x/week | $69* |
To celebrate the launch, Frontier is offering introductory fares starting at $69*. All three new routes will operate twice per week beginning June 2, 2025.
These flights add to Frontier’s growing network from the Seattle metro area, where it already serves seven destinations from SEA.
New Seating Options
The launch coincides with Frontier’s broader customer-focused transformation, branded as ‘The New Frontier.’
Notable upgrades include the introduction of UpFront Plus seating, offering extra legroom and a guaranteed empty middle seat in the front two rows. This feature is designed for travelers seeking more space without premium pricing.
Frontier is also enhancing loyalty perks through its Frontier Miles program. Members earn 10 miles per dollar spent, with increased multipliers for elite tiers.
Benefits include free seat selection, baggage, priority boarding, and access to family pooling, allowing households to combine miles for faster rewards.
In late 2025, the airline will debut First Class seating, combining added comfort with affordable pricing, underscoring its commitment to offering value without compromising on experience.
Strategic Advantage
Partnering with Propeller Airports, Frontier aims to deliver a smoother, more efficient passenger journey at PAE.
Unlike the heavily trafficked SEA airport, Paine Field offers quicker check-in and security times, easy access, and a premium terminal experience.
Brett Smith, CEO of Propeller Airports, emphasized that the partnership supports greater customer choice in the Metro Seattle area.
Frontier’s presence at PAE underscores the airport’s growing appeal as a secondary hub for both business and leisure travelers.
