Goes Daily to Denver
Turkish Airlines plans to increase its non-stop flights from Istanbul Airport (IST) to Denver International Airport (DEN) starting June 9, 2025, expanding from four to seven weekly flights to provide daily service.
Denver International Airport, one of the world’s fastest-growing airports, handled over 69 million passengers in 2023, up from 31 million in 1995. It currently offers non-stop flights to over 210 destinations across 14 countries.
The airline uses Airbus A350 aircraft on the IST-DEN route, and additional destination announcements for the 2025 season are anticipated soon, which may include new U.S. cities.
Denver became Turkish Airlines’ 347th global destination, as the carrier now serves about 350 locations in 130 countries. Analysts suggest that cities such as Orlando, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, and Charlotte may be strong candidates for new routes, given their potential to bolster the airline’s U.S. network.
Additionally, Turkish Airlines will inaugurate new flights to Santiago (SCL), Chile, its 10th destination in the Americas, on December 18, 2024. This route will operate four times a week, with a stopover in Sao Paulo (GRU) in both directions.
