The Central Industrial Security Force evaluated the threats as non-specific, enabling most flights to maintain scheduled operations. Three IndiGo flights to Jeddah required immediate diversions due to security protocols.
Flight 6E 77 from Bengaluru landed in Doha, while Flight 6E 65 from Kozhikode was redirected to Riyadh. IndiGo’s Flight 6E 63 from Delhi executed an emergency diversion to Medina.
Multiple Indian carriers faced security threats: Air India received 13 alerts, Akasa Air confronted 12 threats, and Vistara experienced 11 warnings. Monday night operations saw 30 domestic and international flights across three major carriers receiving bomb threats.
