MUMBAI- Lounge access at airports across India faces disruption as Dreamfolks Services Ltd unexpectedly suspends operations. Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) reports that the lounge access provider, partnered with multiple banks, has violated service agreements with affected airports.
AAHL’s spokesperson announced on Sunday that they are actively collaborating with banks to swiftly restore services. Despite AAHL’s requests, Dreamfolks has not yet resumed operations.

To minimize passenger inconvenience, AAHL has implemented an interim solution. Lounges at Adani-operated airports now accept major debit and credit cards from alternative access providers. This measure aims to maintain service continuity for travelers during the disruption period.
