10:25 AM- Turkish Helicopter GÖKBEY Makes International Debut at Farnborough Airshow. GÖKBEY represents a new generation of helicopters in the six-ton class. It features twin engines, enhancing its power and reliability. The aircraft’s design allows it to operate effectively in diverse and challenging environments.
9:09 AM- Air Tahiti (VT) strengthens its regional operations by ordering four ATR 72-600 aircraft from ATR, the world’s leading regional aircraft manufacturer. The airline also signed an eight-year Global Maintenance Agreement (GMA) with ATR, ensuring long-term support for its fleet.
The new aircraft will arrive between 2025 and 2028, demonstrating Air Tahiti’s commitment to future growth and sustainable air travel in French Polynesia.
9:05 AM- EVA Air (BR) has chosen GEnx engines to power its newly ordered Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner aircraft. This decision follows the airline’s recent purchase of four 787-10 planes, expanding its long-haul fleet.
