BOSTON- The Delta Air Lines (DL)-Aeromexico (AM) Joint Cooperation Agreement (JCA) is expanding its operations between the United States and Mexico, representing a significant advancement in the aviation sector.
Delta and Aeromexico recently commemorated the inauguration of their new service connecting Boston (BOS) and Mexico City (MEX) with a ceremony at Logan International Airport. This eagerly awaited route, operated by Aeromexico, marks the airline’s reentry into the capital of Massachusetts.

To celebrate this milestone, dignitaries and esteemed guests gathered for an event at Logan International Airport, including Todd Smith, Director of Aviation Operations for Massport; Felipe Cuellar, Deputy Consul of Mexico in Boston; John Angel, Managing Director of Airport Operations for Delta; and Jose Zapata, Vice President of Sales for North America & Latin America at Aeromexico.
As a part of the festivities, passengers aboard the inaugural flight to Mexico were presented with commemorative gifts as a token of appreciation for their participation in this significant occasion.
As the Delta-Aeromexico JCA extends its operations, it reaffirms its dedication to delivering a smooth travel experience and enhancing the bond between the United States and Mexico, the country’s second-largest trading partner.
