Emirates to Hire 5,000 Cabin Crew
Emirates is extending invitations to fresh graduates with internships or part-time work experience, those with approximately a year of background in hospitality or customer service, and individuals eager to embark on an adventurous career that involves global travel.

Recruitment Initiative
In 2024, Emirates’ recruitment team will organize open days and assessments in more than 460 cities across six continents, showcasing the extensive reach of the airline’s network and the diverse composition of its cabin crew team. This campaign aims to promote the appeal of living and working in dynamic Dubai.
In 2023, Emirates achieved a remarkable milestone by hiring 8,000 cabin crew members and conducting recruitment events in 353 cities as the airline expanded its services following the pandemic.
By August 2023, the cabin crew numbers surpassed the 20,000 mark, reaching a strength of 21,500.
Fleet and Network Expansion
The renewed cabin crew recruitment drive aligns with Emirates’ receipt of the eagerly awaited A350s starting mid-year and the Boeing 777-Xs scheduled for delivery in 2025.
The airline has a substantial order book, including 65 A350s and a combination of 205 777-9s and 777-8s. The introduction of these new aircraft will enhance the airline’s global reach and provide flexibility to incorporate new routes into its expanding network.
