VANCOUVER- In a recent update to its schedule, Air Canada (AC) has prolonged the seasonal operations on the Vancouver to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi route. Initially scheduled until March 27, 2024, the service will continue until April 28, 2024, with departure from Vancouver.
From March 31, 2024, to April 28, 2024, the route is set to operate three times a week, utilizing the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.
Air Canada Vancouver to Bangkok Flight
Here is the Schedule as reported by Aeroroutes:
- Flight AC065 departs Vancouver at 00:30 and arrives in Bangkok at 06:00 the following day, operating on days 2, 4, and 7.
- Flight AC066 departs Bangkok at 08:30 and arrives in Vancouver at 08:25, operating on days 1, 3, and 5.
Expanding Codeshare with Thai Airways
Earlier this month, Air Canada extended its codeshare collaboration with Thai Airways International (THAI) to include the airline’s routes to Bangladesh and Pakistan. The codeshare routes became effective as of November 10, 2023, at the earliest (approximate).
Under the expanded partnership, Air Canada, operated by THAI, will cover the following routes:
- Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Dhaka
- Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Islamabad
- Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Karachi
- Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Lahore
