JetBlue Launches New York to Paris

JetBlue now offers daily flights connecting New York and Paris, with plans to introduce service between Boston and Paris in 2024.

By expanding its transatlantic routes, JetBlue aims to challenge the dominance of high-fare legacy carriers that have traditionally monopolized these markets.

The airline’s successful routes between the U.S. and London and its upcoming service to Amsterdam exemplify its commitment to providing a fresh and innovative choice for transatlantic travel.

Chief Executive Officer of JetBlue, Robin Hayes, expressed excitement about the airline’s entry into the Paris market, highlighting the company’s dedication to offering award-winning service and low fares.

Hayes stated, “We look forward to continuing to prove that customers don’t have to compromise great service for a low fare.”

JetBlue plans to introduce its highly acclaimed Mint and Core onboard services to both business and leisure travelers flying to and from Paris.

          Airbus A321neo

JetBlue’s flights between New York and Paris will operate daily on its Airbus A321 Long Range (LR) aircraft. This aircraft features a sleek and spacious Airspace cabin interior and offers 24 redesigned Mint Suite® seats along with 114 core seats.

The A321’s wide-ranging capabilities, combined with the cost-efficiency of a single-aisle aircraft, enable JetBlue to disrupt the market by delivering its renowned service and low fares on transatlantic flights.

JetBlue has announced special introductory fares starting at $499 roundtrip for U.S.-originating travelers in the core experience to celebrate the launch of the New York to Paris route. For those seeking a premium travel experience, fares start at $2,499 for JetBlue’s Mint service.

French travelers originating from France can also take advantage of these discounted fares, with core fares starting at €399 ($449) and Mint fares starting at €1,599 ($1,799), available exclusively on jetblue.com.

JetBlue’s entry into the Paris market brings affordable and customer-focused travel options and reinforces the airline’s commitment to sustainability.

As the sixth largest airline in the U.S., JetBlue is known for its industry-leading climate commitments, including a goal to reach net-zero emissions by 2040, a decade ahead of industry targets.

The airline has also adopted science-based targets to cut aircraft emissions by 50% by 2035. JetBlue has already secured agreements for six sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) sources in the U.S. and continues to explore additional SAF opportunities in its European destinations.

Featuring fully lie-flat private suites with sliding doors, including the innovative Mint Studio®, the service offers exceptional comfort. JetBlue’s core experience, redesigned for transatlantic travel, ensures a boutique-style journey for customers.

With its partnership with New York-based restaurant group Dig, JetBlue offers a unique build-your-own dining concept, enhancing the in-flight experience. Both core and Mint customers enjoy complimentary meals, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to a variety of entertainment options.

JetBlue’s arrival at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, Europe’s second busiest international airport, provides the airline with visibility at a global hub.

Operating from Terminal 2B, JetBlue offers travelers a modern airport experience with numerous amenities and convenient access to transportation options.

As JetBlue expands its transatlantic reach, the airline continues to redefine the travel experience by combining exceptional service, affordable fares, and a commitment to sustainability.

JetBlue’s entrance into the Paris market aims to cater to the growing demand for transatlantic travel while providing customers with a refreshing and innovative choice.
