MONTREAL- Porter Airlines (PD) is introducing two new seasonal nonstop routes connecting Montreal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL) with Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and San Francisco International Airport (SFO), California.
These seasonal routes will run until October 26, offering seamless connections between Eastern Canada and the vibrant west coast of the Golden State.
Porter Montreal to California Flights

- YUL-LAX Route: Four-times weekly service starting June 27
- YUL-SFO Route: Three-times weekly service starting June 28

Passengers on these new routes will experience Porter’s signature service, which includes complimentary premium snacks, free beer and wine served in glassware, and fast, free Wi-Fi. Fresh, healthy meals are available with PorterReserve fares or can be purchased à la carte for those traveling in PorterClassic.
Furthermore, the flights will be operated by the advanced 132-seat Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, configured with two-by-two seating, ensuring no middle seats. The E195-E2 is the most environmentally friendly single-aisle aircraft, being 65% quieter and up to 25% more fuel-efficient than previous-generation technology.
Better Connectivity to Canada and Beyond
The new routes from Montréal-Trudeau (YUL) will connect travelers to Halifax, Toronto-Pearson, and Toronto-City, complementing the existing daily nonstop services between Toronto-Pearson and both Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO).
Porter’s joint venture partnership with Air Transat (TS) enables convenient connections from YUL to various European destinations, including Paris, London, Amsterdam, and Marseille. Additionally, passengers flying into Los Angeles and San Francisco can easily connect to Alaska Airlines (AS), accessing their extensive U.S. West Coast network.
