This move marks a pivotal shift in the company&#8217;s global supply chain strategy and reinforces its commitment to India\u2019s \u2018Make in India\u2019 and AtmaNirbhar Bharat initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the agreement, Tata Advanced Systems will establish a state-of-the-art production plant in Hyderabad. The facility will produce key fuselage segments such as the lateral shells of the rear fuselage, the full rear section, the central fuselage, and the front section\u2014all to be delivered with high precision and quality assurance to Dassault standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dassault Aviation Chairman and CEO Eric Trappier<\/strong> emphasized the significance of this international expansion, stating, \u201cThis is a decisive step in strengthening our supply chain in India\u2026 with TASL contributing to the successful ramp-up of the Rafale while meeting our quality and competitiveness requirements.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sukaran Singh, CEO and MD of TAS<\/strong>L, highlighted the importance of this collaboration, noting that it represents deepening trust in India\u2019s aerospace manufacturing capabilities and global readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hyderabad facility is more than just an assembly plant\u2014it is a strategic investment in India\u2019s aerospace future. With the ability to produce complete fighter jet fuselages domestically, India is moving closer to becoming a self-reliant defense manufacturing hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This development is expected to generate skilled employment, facilitate knowledge transfer, and elevate India\u2019s position as a dependable aerospace supplier on the global stage.
