SEATTLE-<\/strong> Alaska Airlines (AS)<\/a> is removing four routes from its network, affecting services from Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO) airports. The cancellations primarily impact East Coast and Caribbean connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hawaiian Airlines (HA) simultaneously reshuffles its Boeing 787 Dreamliner deployment, introducing the aircraft on Seattle (SEA) to Honolulu (HNL) routes while reducing service to Los Angeles, reported Ishrion Aviation<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alaska Airlines Cuts 4 Routes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alaska Airlines is implementing significant network changes by eliminating four routes from its West Coast hubs. The carrier will discontinue Los Angeles (LAX)<\/a> to Nassau (NAS) service, which was scheduled to return for the winter season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, flights from Los Angeles to Washington Dulles (IAD) will cease operations after August 19, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The San Francisco (SFO) hub is also affected, with service to Washington Dulles (IAD) and Chicago O’Hare (ORD) both ending after August 19. While Alaska maintains flights between LAX\/SFO and Washington National Airport (DCA), the Dulles connections will no longer be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alaska’s Seattle (SEA) to Nassau (NAS) route appears to be in jeopardy as well, as the airline has not yet loaded this seasonal service into schedules for the upcoming winter. This suggests the possibility that Alaska may completely exit the Nassau market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hawaiian Airlines Deploys 787 to Seattle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
