The trend continues in 2027, with<strong> India maintaining 10.3% growth against China&#8217;s 7.2%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the five years from 2023-2027, India&#8217;s<strong> Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR)<\/strong> for air passenger traffic is estimated at 9.5%, outpacing China&#8217;s 8.8%. In 2023, India recorded just 0.1 yearly trips per capita, compared to China&#8217;s 0.5 and the United States&#8217; 2.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By 2043, India&#8217;s yearly trips per capita are projected to increase to 0.4, still leaving substantial room for growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACI Asia Pacific &amp; Middle East President SGK Kishore predicts that major aviation hubs will develop in India within the <strong>next 5-10 years<\/strong>.
