High-density routes such as<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/delhi-airport\/\"> Delhi (DEL)<\/a>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/dubai-airport\/\">Dubai (DXB)<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/mumbai-airport\/\">Mumbai (BOM)<\/a>&#8211;<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/dubai-airport\/\">Dubai (DXB)<\/a>, which have reached capacity limits, would see minimal fare changes. <strong>Smaller Indian cities, considered more price-sensitive markets,<\/strong> could experience more significant fare reductions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-economic-benefits\">Economic Benefits<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>UAE Ambassador to India Abdulnasser Jamal Alshaali told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbctv18.com\/business\/aviation\/uae-seeks-to-expand-air-links-with-india-under-4-to1-connectivity-plan-tier-2-and-3-cities-19574633.htm\"><em>CNBC-TV18<\/em><\/a> that liberalizing air service agreements could generate over $1 billion in consumer surplus for Indian travelers while boosting bilateral trade. The Indian aviation market faces financial sustainability concerns, with several airlines experiencing bankruptcy or financial distress in recent years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>&#8220;Indian carriers recently ordered more than 1,000 aircraft. We are committing to that because there would be an economic return to that investment, which, if you add it all, is well over $100 billion.&#8221;<\/p><cite>Campbell Wilson, CEO, Air India<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The report recommends a gradual approach, suggesting a doubling of flight capacity over five years to meet rising demand without disrupting the market.
