TOKYO-<\/strong> ANA Holdings Inc.<\/a> has announced a major fleet expansion, placing orders for 77 new aircraft from Airbus<\/a>, Boeing<\/a>, Embraer<\/a>. This includes 68 confirm orders and 9 options across multiple aircraft types, reinforcing its long-term growth strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new aircraft will enhance international and domestic operations, with a focus on fuel efficiency and operational flexibility. The order includes Boeing 787-9s<\/a> for international routes, Embraer E190-E2s<\/a> for domestic operations, and Airbus A321XLRs<\/a> for Peach Aviation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANA Orders 77 New Aircrafts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ANA Holdings latest aircraft order aims to support sustainable growth, optimize fleet efficiency, and expand operations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By FY2030, the airline group expects to operate approximately 320 aircraft<\/strong>, with fuel-efficient models comprising 91% of its fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This move aligns with ANAHD\u2019s commitment to environmental sustainability and cost optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expansion of International Routes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To meet increasing demand on Asia-North America routes and the re-expansion of Narita International Airport (NRT)<\/a>, ANA HD has ordered 18 Boeing 787-9 aircraft with GE engines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These aircraft will enhance the airline\u2019s global reach, with international seat capacity projected to grow 1.5 times by FY2030 compared to FY2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Domestic Fleet Modernization<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For domestic routes, ANA HD will introduce 20 Embraer E190-E2 aircraft, marking the first use of this model in Japan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These 100 seat class jets feature advanced engines that lower fuel consumption and noise emissions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new fleet will help ANA HD maintain a flexible supply demand balance and reduce operational costs. Deployment is scheduled to begin in FY2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enhancing Peach Aviation Operations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Peach Aviation<\/a>, ANA HD\u2019s low cost carrier, will upgrade its fleet with 10 Airbus A321neo<\/a> aircraft and 3 Airbus A321XLR aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These fuel-efficient, long-range jets will support the airline’s expansion and enhance cost efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional Orders for Fleet Renewal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

ANA HD will also add 14 Airbus A321neo and 12 Boeing 737-8<\/a> aircraft (8 confirmed orders and 4 options) to update its current fleet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, it has finalized options for 5 Boeing 787-9 aircraft and 10 Boeing 737-8 aircraft from previous commitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
