SYDNEY-<\/strong> Australian flag carrier Qantas Airways (QF)<\/a> has unveiled an extensive week-long sale offering one million discounted seats across its domestic network, encompassing both Business and Economy classes to 60 Australian destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sale enables travelers to book using either Qantas Points or traditional payment methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Economy class offerings begin at 5,400 points with additional taxes and fees, or $109 for one-way travel. The airline has priced more than 35 routes below $150. Business class seats start from 23,500 points plus associated charges, or $369 for one-way journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel periods covered by the sale span multiple dates throughout 2025, including April 29 to June 26, July 22 to September 18, and October 14 to December 10. Customers must secure their bookings before March 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEDT, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The timing of this sale aligns with growing consumer demand for domestic travel experiences. Qantas Domestic CEO Markus Svensson emphasized the sale’s significance for travelers planning their 2025 itineraries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Today another one million sale fares will become available across our domestic Business and Economy cabins offering customers more choice and more value for their travel this year,” Svensson stated. He highlighted the sale’s appeal to various traveler segments, from weekend tourists to business professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Economy category, the shortest routes command the lowest fares, with Brisbane to Proserpine and Ballina to Sydney both starting at $109, requiring 5,400 and 6,400 Classic Plus Points respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mid-range Economy routes encompass major city pairs, with Sydney to Melbourne priced at $149 for 9,400 points, while Brisbane to Sydney costs $139 with 8,200 points required. Regional connections feature prominently, with Adelaide to Kangaroo Island available at $119 and Sunshine Coast to Sydney at $129.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long-haul domestic Economy routes demonstrate higher pricing structures, with transcontinental flights from Perth to Sydney and Brisbane<\/a> to Perth both priced at $309, requiring approximately 25,400 Classic Plus Points. The Alice Springs to Melbourne route sits at $299 with 22,400 points needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Business Class category, shorter routes start from $369, exemplified by the Brisbane to Proserpine service. Popular business routes between capital cities show competitive pricing, with Melbourne to Sydney and Brisbane to Sydney available at $499, requiring around 33,900 Classic Plus Points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
