NEW DELHI-<\/strong> A major pilots’ group has alleged that two of India\u2019s leading airlines, Air India (AI)<\/a> and IndiGo (6E)<\/a>, have informally agreed not to hire each other\u2019s pilots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group claims this could impact employment fairness in the aviation sector and has sought government intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALPA India, an affiliate of the International Federation of Airline Pilots’ Association (IFALPA)<\/a>, has flagged the issue in a formal complaint to Civil Aviation Minister K Rammohan Naidu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
