Belgian royal correspondent Wim Dehandschutter, present on the flight, reported that the departure experienced a 20-minute delay at Schiphol Airport.

The severity of the situation contrasts with passenger experiences during the flight. Dehandschutter revealed through social media platform X that passengers remained unaware of the windshield damage until after landing.

The flight encountered standard turbulence, and while the landing proved notably forceful, passengers received no emergency notifications during the journey.

Stay tuned with us.
