The timing of this clearance and the vehicle&#8217;s delayed runway exit contributed to the incident&#8217;s occurrence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emergency response teams deployed immediately, though passengers disembarked via mobile stairs rather than emergency evacuation slides. A Delta Boeing 737 encountered wing damage after colliding with a stairs truck during taxi procedures at George Town Airport, Cayman Islands, on February 9, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JetBlue Airways&#8217; (B6) <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/2024\/11\/26\/jetblue-a321-tug-collides-with-cape-air-plane-at-boston\/\">ground tug struck a Cape Air aircraft<\/a> at Logan Airport on November 25, 2024. The incident resulted in injuries to two Cape Air pilots.
