Jet2 Emergency Landing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Flight LS135<\/strong>, an over 16-year-old Boeing 737-800 aircraft<\/a>, registered as G-JZBV<\/strong> departed Glasgow Airport (GLA) at 7:07 AM but encountered serious fuel gauge irregularities <\/strong>approximately 90 minutes into its journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The flight crew activated a 7700 squawk signal, the international code for emergency situations, while flying over Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pilots immediately executed a U-turn and diverted to London Stansted Airport, touching down safely at approximately 9:00 AM. Emergency response teams inspected the aircraft upon landing, finding no evidence of fuel leakage despite the concerning instrument readings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
