John Garcia Jr., a 43-year-old father of four, boarded the Spirit Airlines (NK) flight wearing a hoodie with the phrase \u201cFVCK HATE WORLD TOUR\u201d<\/strong> prominently displayed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shortly after settling into his seat, a female flight attendant approached him to confirm his seating assignment. Upon returning, she demanded that he remove the hoodie due to its \u201cobscene language.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spirit Airlines policy prohibits passengers from wearing \u201clewd, obscene, or offensive\u201d<\/strong> clothing, yet Garcia contested the claim, asserting the hoodie conveyed a positive, anti-hate message. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
