The A321neo XLR&#8217;s smaller capacity failed to make winter operations viable, contradicting expectations for the aircraft&#8217;s year-round route sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>United Airlines has already suspended its IAD-MAD service through late March 2025.
