However, she faced various issues while asking for a refund. Let&#8217;s hear from her:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I booked a Vistara flight in Feb 2024 for a date in Oct 2024 via customer care over a phone call. I used a federal Bank card to make payment. In Oct, I reached out to cancel the ticket via customer care again and they promised a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it was refunded to the original mode of payment. Now I waited for a whole month and then realized that the last 4 digits on the original form of payment listed in my flight ticket didn&#8217;t match my card.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The refund amount went to that card, which I don&#8217;t even own. It&#8217;s been 2 months now I&#8217;ve been trying to get my money back. But after Vistara&#8217;s merger with Air India, it&#8217;s become impossible to even contact customer care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have lost <strong>60,000 INR<\/strong>. It was an international booking and it&#8217;s a huge loss for me being a single mother.
