HAMBURG-<\/strong> Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines (DL)<\/a> next year (in 2025) will celebrate its 100th anniversary and is likely to reveal special silver or you can call it a grey livery on its new Airbus A321neo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A renowned spotter and avgeek spotted the plane at Hamburg Airport (HAM) with a tail showing unique and not-seen-before livery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delta Special Silver Livery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The aircraft is seen without engines and will soon enter the paint shop. After that, the new engines will be fitted. Delta may officially reveal the new livery next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This livery was seen on Airbus A321neo<\/a> having MSN12417. The plane is yet to receive its US aircraft registration. One of the legacy carriers in the World, Delta powers its A321neo with Pratt & Whitney GTF\u2122 engines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Aviation Toulouse also known as French Painter, Delta Air Lines also plans to deploy a similar special 100th anniversary celebration livery on Airbus A350 having MSN720.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline has already started revamping its cabin interiors with new looks and materials <\/a>to mark its century-long operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delta will introduce an innovative cabin design on its narrowbody 757 aircraft, targeting domestic and short-haul international routes in the current year. The interior modernization will subsequently extend to a widebody Airbus A350 in early 2025, implementing the new design across different aircraft platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delta in CES 2025 at Sphere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Delta Airlines will commemorate its 100-year legacy with an immersive keynote experience at CES 2025, hosted by CEO Ed Bastian at the iconic Sphere in Las Vegas on January 7, 2025. The presentation will explore the airline’s technological innovation and vision for future travel experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Technology is a powerful tool, but it’s people that make true innovation possible,” Bastian stated, emphasizing Delta’s commitment to leveraging cutting-edge advancements for the next century of flight. This marks Delta’s third CES appearance and second mainstage keynote, following its historic debut in 2020 and 2023 announcements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The keynote will utilize Sphere’s revolutionary technologies, including the world’s largest LED exterior screen, highest-resolution interior display, and advanced HOLOPLOT audio system. These technologies will enable Delta to create an unprecedented storytelling experience that engages audiences through immersive sensory technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To support CES attendees, Delta is significantly expanding its Las Vegas network from January 4-11, 2025. The airline will provide nearly 365 flights with approximately 12,000 additional seats, representing a 20% increase over the regular January schedule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New and enhanced routes will connect 18 U.S. cities and four international hubs, including direct flights from Amsterdam, Paris, London Heathrow, and Seoul-Incheon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delta will also offer expedited CES badging for SkyMiles Members at Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport<\/p>\n\n\n\n
