The flight will be operated by <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=787\">Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">UPDATE<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AirCanada?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@AirCanada<\/a> will operate Mumbai \ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf3 flights from 6th December, 2024.<br><br>The flight to BOM \ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf3 from YYZ \ud83c\udde8\ud83c\udde6 will have a 1hr 15mins technical stop in FRA \ud83c\udde9\ud83c\uddea, and will be operated by the 787-9 until February 2025.<br><br>Non-stop flights from YYZ to BOM start from 1st February 2025. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Bpqwjdvhek\">https:\/\/t.co\/Bpqwjdvhek<\/a><\/p>&mdash; The Indian Aviation Guy \ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf3 (@TIAG747) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TIAG747\/status\/1853431110061236523?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 4, 2024<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The plane will remain on the ground in Frankfurt for one hour and 15 minutes and after that, it will depart for Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the connecting flight will take around 17 hours to cover the distance of 12,480 km (7,755 miles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, from February 2, 2025, both flights will be direct, i.e., <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Toronto\">Toronto <\/a>to Mumbai and Mumbai to Toronto, with no fueling stop at Frankfurt. The Canadian airline will operate&nbsp;11 weekly flights from Toronto to <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Delhi\">Delhi (DEL)<\/a> and Mumbai, daily flights from Montreal (YUL) to Delhi, and daily flights to Delhi from Western <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Canada\">Canada<\/a>, Calgary (YYC) via London Heathrow (LHR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President for revenue and network planning at Air Canada said earlier in a press statement while announcing the flight schedule for winter 2024-2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>India is an important market for Air Canada, reflecting long-standing and growing family and trade ties between our two countries.
