Here&#8217;s the schedule for the BOS-GRU flight:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Boston departure, flight DL165, takes off at 9:00 AM and reaches S\u00e3o Paulo at 8:45 PM local time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return service, DL164, departs S\u00e3o Paulo at 10:45 PM, landing in Boston at 6:40 AM the following day. The flights operate on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The schedule mirrors LATAM Airlines&#8217; existing BOS-GRU service timing. Industry analysis suggests Delta is taking over LATAM&#8217;s route operations, as LATAM has ceased ticket sales for this route during Delta&#8217;s operational period from January 6 to March 27, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delta&#8217;s commitment to this route beyond March 2025 remains unclear, pending future schedule updates, says Ishrion A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Boston-S\u00e3o Paulo service complements Delta&#8217;s existing Brazilian network, which includes flights to S\u00e3o Paulo from its major hubs in Atlanta (ATL) and <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=New+York\">New York (JFK)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atlanta-based carrier will also launch <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/2024\/10\/11\/delta-announces-minneapolis-copenhagen-flight\">nonstop flights between Minneapolis-St Paul (MSP) and Copenhagen (CPH)<\/a>, Denmark in May 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, Delta will resume nonstop flights between\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Los+Angeles\">Los Angeles (LAX)<\/a>\u00a0and Shanghai (PVG), China in June 2025. The venture expanded its scope by integrating dedicated cargo flights into its operations, marking a significant development in its service portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Delta-LATAM partnership extends comprehensive loyalty benefits across their networks. Travelers earn miles simultaneously in Delta SkyMiles and LATAM Pass programs.
