The airline simultaneously increases flight frequencies on existing routes connecting Pune to Bhopal, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Indore, and Raipur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bangkok route expansion increases IndiGo&#8217;s Thailand service to over <strong>85 weekly flights <\/strong>from eight Indian cities. Vinay Malhotra, IndiGo&#8217;s Head of Global Sales, confirms this development strengthens Pune&#8217;s position as a strategic aviation hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IndiGo maintains a focus on customer convenience through its official website and mobile app booking platforms. The airline currently operates four weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The suspension affects Tiruchy exclusively among IndiGo&#8217;s 13 Indian cities serving Abu Dhabi, including major hubs Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mangaluru, and Lucknow. Passenger groups and travel industry representatives advocate for service continuation, citing increasing route demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The route&#8217;s termination contrasts with competitor Air India Express&#8217;s service expansion, which tripled its frequency since the Covid-19 pandemic.
