Iberia told her that she needs to find a new flight through <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=British+Airways\">British Airways (BA)<\/a>. She was bumped as flight overbooked and Iberia says she needs to find new flight through BA and not IB (says they &quot;cant touch the booking&quot;). Please help! But British Airways finally resolved the issues by re-booking on another flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Kapoor praised the British Airways staff for resolving the issue and said that they were good at doing their job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Kapoor has worked at renowned companies such as Oracle, Northwest Airlines, Bain &amp; Company, and more. He returned to India and joined&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=SpiceJet\">Spicejet Airlines<\/a>&nbsp;as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and he joined Vistara in 2016 as Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer. He also led the Oberoi hotels as the president for almost a year before joining Jet Airways as Designated CEO. Currently, he is an Advisor to the Director-General of Saudia Airlines Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, he is an aviation veteran, and hence BA staff talked nicely and carefully. The incident occurred during boarding for flight <strong>BA228 <\/strong>from Baltimore (BWI) to London Heathrow (LHR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The passenger reported on social media that he was singled out from the boarding line and asked to show his passport. While passport checks are routine, the agent&#8217;s alleged comments sparked controversy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the passenger, the agent justified the extra scrutiny by claiming they face similar treatment when traveling to India. This explanation raised concerns about discriminatory practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The passenger condemned the incident as racial profiling, calling it discriminatory and humiliating.
