MUMBAI-<\/strong> The government-owned AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL)<\/a> has recently posted a job vacancy for Aircraft Technicians and Trainee Aircraft Technicians. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) is an Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organization approved by DGCA (India)<\/a> under CAR 145, invites applications from Indian Nationals for the positions of Aircraft Technicians and Trainee Aircraft Technicians (B1 & B2) as of June 1, 2024. These positions are available on a Fixed Term Employment basis and are open to candidates from the general market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AIESL Hiring Aircraft Technician<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The selected candidates will be initially assigned to the Mumbai AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL, MRO) base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selection and empanelment do not guarantee immediate appointment. The number of vacancies is tentative and may vary based on the company’s needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The release of candidates from the panel will depend on AIESL’s requirements and the company’s decisions. Additionally, candidates may be transferred to any location within the AIESL network based on the company’s needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salary for AT and Trainee AT<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Aircraft Technician:<\/strong> Rs. 27,940 per month at the time of joining, according to the approved salary structure of AIESL.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Trainee Aircraft Technician:<\/strong> Rs. 15,000 stipend per month.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Candidates with less than 1 year of experience will be appointed as Trainee Technicians for a minimum period of 6 months, during which they will receive a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Upon completing the training period and based on performance and company requirements, the candidate may be absorbed as an Aircraft Technician. The contract will include a 6-month training period, with a total duration of 5 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
