FLORIDA-<\/strong> Former President of the United States, Donald Trump Boeing 757 aircraft <\/a>wing hit the parked corporate plane at Florida <\/a>Airport after landing and taxing on Sunday (May 12, 2024) morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s unclear if Trump, who held a campaign rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, on Saturday, was on his Boeing 757 when its winglet touched the rear elevator of a parked VistaJet in West Palm Beach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump 757 Collided in Florida<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)<\/a> notice about the event, which happened at 1:19 a.m. ET on Sunday includes the tail number of Trump’s plane, N757AF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In their statement, the FAA mentioned, \u201cA privately owned Boeing 757 landed safely at West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) around 1:20 a.m. local time on Sunday, May 12.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhile taxiing, its winglet came into contact with a parked and unoccupied corporate jet,\u201d the FAA reported. \u201cThe incident took place in an area of the airport where the FAA does not control aircraft movement. The FAA is investigating.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A winglet is a small fin that extends upward from an aircraft’s wing, designed to reduce aerodynamic drag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thankfully, no injuries were reported from the incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump resides at his Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach. Currently, Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee, is on trial in New York state court facing criminal hush money charges. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges of falsifying business records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Tuesday, Trump\u2019s defense lawyer Todd Blanche began cross-examining Michael Cohen, Trump\u2019s former personal attorney and fixer, who is a key witness in the case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump has denied having had any sexual relations with Daniels and any involvement in the payoff, asserting that the case is politically motivated to damage his electoral prospects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In March 2024, two Delta Air Lines (DL)<\/a> Airbus A320 aircraft at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) on Thursday morning, one Delta airplane\u2019s wing contacted another aircraft on the runway, resulting in flight delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collision occurred as the two Delta planes taxied on the airstrip later that morning. Furthermore, Delta Air Lines informed Fox News Digital <\/em>that there were no injuries to passengers or employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)<\/a> informed Fox News Digital that the incident occurred at approximately 10:45 a.m. When the collision occurred, Delta Air Lines Flight 1460 prepared to depart from Minneapolis to West Palm Beach, Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDelta Air Lines Flight 1460 was taxiing when its wingtip made contact with Delta Air Lines Flight 1104, which was maneuvering away from its gate at Minneapolis\u2013Saint Paul International Airport around 10:45 a.m. local time on Thursday, March 28,\u201d stated the FAA. Delta Air Lines Flight 1104 was en route to Tucson, Arizona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FAA further stated that both\u00a0Airbus A320s<\/a>\u00a0returned to their respective gates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
