According to the official, a significant milestone in passenger readiness was achieved with the unveiling of the airport\u2019s IATA code, DXN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In pursuit of establishing efficient road connectivity to the airport, an official disclosed that Noida International Airport (NIA) is strategizing around utilizing the Yamuna Expressway as the primary link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specific plans include separate road access for cargo and passenger traffic, with an additional dedicated road access for cargo from the east side of the airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The official stated, \u201cMetro and RRTS connectivity have also been incorporated into the airport\u2019s plans. Additionally, there is contemplation for potential high-speed rail connectivity from Delhi to Varanasi, which could feature a stop adjacent to the airport.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, NIA forged a partnership with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=IndiGo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IndiGo (6E)&nbsp;<\/a>as the airport\u2019s inaugural carrier, and recently,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Akasa+Air\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Akasa Air (QP)<\/a>&nbsp;entered into a strategic collaboration with NIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central government has also set an ambitious goal of achieving 10 million tonnes of air cargo by 2030. Currently, 90 percent of India\u2019s international&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Cargo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cargo&nbsp;<\/a>volumes are handled by non-Indian carriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay tuned with us.
