ADDIS ABABA-<\/strong> Ethiopian Airlines (ET)<\/a> Group, the largest airline in Africa, celebrated its 78th anniversary on April 8, 2024, showcasing its enduring legacy of resilience and innovation dating back to 1946. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To honor this milestone, Group Chief Executive Officer Mesfin Tassew and Chief Commercial Officer Lemma Yadecha joined the crew on a flight to Cairo (CAI)<\/a>, marking the airline’s inaugural international service route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tassew and Yadecha exceeded their in-flight duties, helping passengers during check-in and boarding to ensure a seamless travel experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passengers on the anniversary flight were treated to Seasons Greeting Packages and Happy Fasting Messages, reflecting the airline\u2019s respect for diverse cultural traditions.
