BRUSSELS-<\/strong> Singapore Airlines (SQ)<\/a> has reentered the Belgian market by introducing direct flights between Brussels (BRU) <\/a>and Singapore (SIN). The eagerly anticipated inaugural flight, SQ303, took off today, April 6, at 12:10 PM from Brussels Airport bound for Singapore Changi Airport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This marks a significant enhancement to Brussels Airport’s intercontinental network and a noteworthy achievement for Singapore Airlines as it reestablishes the connection between the Belgian capital and Singapore after over two decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Singapore Airlines Resumes Brussels Flights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With a ceremonial inauguration and a water salute, the maiden Singapore Airlines (SIA) flight for this new route departed from Brussels Airport en route to Singapore today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a hiatus of 20 years, SIA is again linking Europe’s <\/a>heart with the bustling metropolis in Asia<\/a>. The inclusion of Brussels expands SIA’s European gateways to 13, underscoring the airline’s dedication to enhancing connectivity for its passengers and offering greater travel options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch event at Brussels Airport was attended by distinguished guests, including Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, the Ambassador of the Republic of Singapore to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, Mr. Lim Hong Huai, and Singapore Airlines Acting Senior Vice President of Marketing Planning, Mr. Dai Hao Yu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Brussels holds a significant place as a European economic and political hub, and the commencement of this service adds another historic and enchanting city to SIA\u2019s roster of destinations.
