This action was prompted by the pilot&#8217;s report of display screen issues in the aircraft&#8217;s cockpit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The malfunction was detected approximately at 4:45 pm on Thursday while the aircraft was airborne above Kolkata. All 67 passengers disembarked as the aircraft was directed to parking bay 27, where engineers promptly commenced repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A senior official from Alliance Air stated, &#8220;A technical issue arose during the flight, which the pilots promptly identified. Given that Rourkela airport lacks an engineering base, the decision was made to divert the aircraft to Kolkata airport for repairs. The aircraft is currently undergoing maintenance.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The official further mentioned that passengers were given the choice between a full refund or rebooking on another flight scheduled for Friday. &#8220;The majority opted for the refund and made their own arrangements,&#8221; the official added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay tuned with us.
