Kaul encouraged lessors to communicate with the RP to address any concerns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite Kaul&#8217;s explanations that the RP had not deliberately violated the court&#8217;s order, Justice Tara Vitasta Ganju insisted that the RP file an affidavit within two weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On March 7, the RP agreed to transfer aircraft maintenance responsibilities to the lessor.
